Parenting doesn’t come with a manualso let’s write one together that works for your family.

In my 12-week, 1:1 coaching program, I combine practical education with compassionate, judgment-free coaching to help you move from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to calm, confident and connected.

Each week, you’ll meet with me online for a 60-minute private coaching session.

You’ll also get access to a powerful, science-backed parenting curriculum that covers the why and how behind the behaviors (yours and your child’s).

Together, we’ll explore how to shift your family dynamic in real, lasting ways—starting right away.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand how your own upbringing shapes your reactions as a parent

  • Respond to your kids’ big emotions with confidence and calm

  • Build secure attachments and set loving, effective boundaries

  • Recognize and regulate your own nervous system

  • Use tools like play and repair to create deeper trust

  • Feel less exhausted, more supported, and more like yourself again

This isn’t about being a “perfect parent.” It’s about getting curious, building awareness, and showing up in a new way—with support every step of the way.

Private Coaching Process

1. Schedule a free clarity call
Let’s talk about what’s going really well in your home, what you’re struggling with, and the kind of change you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure—this is just a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

2. Complete your onboarding
If we decide to move forward, I’ll send over a coaching agreement and a short questionnaire so I can better understand your family and your goals.

3. Let’s get to work!
Once payment is complete, we’ll schedule your weekly sessions and dive into the curriculum. You’ll leave every session with practical tools, new insights, and encouragement you can actually use in daily life.

This work is deep, but it’s also doable. You don’t need to be anything other than who you are right now.
I’ll meet you there—and walk with you toward the kind of parenting you’ve been longing for.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Curio Parenting is for anyone who wants to build stronger, more connected relationships with the children in their lives. While many of my clients are parents, this work is just as meaningful for caregivers, teachers, childcare providers, and extended family members—anyone in a caregiving role who wants to show up with more clarity, compassion, and confidence.

This approach is especially powerful for those who:

    • Want to understand the why behind behaviors using brain and body science

    • Are curious about how their own experiences and upbringing shape how they show up with kids

    • Crave practical, non-judgmental support and guidance

    • Work with or care for children through foster care, kinship care, or adoption

As a foster parent myself, I’m deeply passionate about supporting others in the foster and adoption communities. Curio Parenting is a space for anyone who wants to grow alongside the children in their lives—with more understanding, joy, and grace for the journey.

  • Great question! While both coaching and therapy create a safe space for growth, they have different focuses.

Therapists are licensed professionals who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions and often explore a client’s past in depth to support healing.

As a coach, I don’t diagnose or offer treatment. Instead, I focus on helping you understand the present and take meaningful steps forward. We will explore past experiences—especially patterns from childhood—but only to understand how they shape your parenting today. Our work is action-oriented, rooted in brain and body science, and designed to support positive change in your family dynamics.

Coaching can be a powerful complement to therapy, and if something comes up that's outside my scope, I’ll let you know and do what I can to help you find the right support.

  • Not at all. The beauty of Curio Parenting is that it’s completely personalized to you and your family. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model, and I won’t push a specific method or tell you exactly what to do. Instead, we work together to discover what feels aligned with your values, your child’s needs, and your family dynamic.

That said, there are some science-backed principles I often share because they tend to be universally helpful for all families. These include what we know from brain science and developmental psychology about parent-child attachment, the importance of connection, and the powerful role of nervous system regulation—for both caregivers and children. This knowledge provides a strong foundation for understanding behaviors and building healthy, resilient relationships.

My role is to support your growth by helping you reflect, explore new tools, and create steps that feel right for your journey. You’re the expert on your family—I’m here to walk beside you with insight, encouragement, and care.

  • Books and social media can be inspiring, but they often fall short when it comes to real, lasting change. They offer great ideas—but without support to apply them to your life, they can feel overwhelming, contradictory, or even discouraging.

Parent coaching goes deeper. It’s not about more information—it’s about transformation. Together, we calm your nervous system, explore what’s really underneath your triggers, and gently replace unhelpful beliefs with ones that feel more true and empowering. I bring in practical tools, brain and body science, and personalized guidance tailored to your unique family.

Unlike static tips or one-size-fits-all advice, coaching is a dynamic, supportive process that grows with you. You don’t need to be like “that parent” on Instagram—you need to feel confident being yourself. That’s where I come in.
